What is a humandala?

A Humandala is an uplifting group class where we use each other to help us balance, twist or stretch deeper, but most importantly, it’s really good fun! This is a mindful silent practice, as bodies bend and stretch in harmony to the music, mirroring the intricate patterns of a mandala. With each breath, the circle becomes a moving, meditative artwork, uniting mind and body.
A Humandala can be done in a few ways:
A regular yoga flow in a circle is really pretty and helps build a group connection - This can be done without cues to music or as a regular class.
With mats close and partipants knee to knee we can do deeper into a twist by holding hands, or maybe in standing bring our hands together in tree pose to help balance
Mexican wave style - The teacher moves first into a pose and each person in turn follows - it's such fun and a really mindful way of doing yoga!
We do these flows on all weekend retreats and most day retreats - get in touch to find out more. I also did this a my 5 Year Business Birthday Bash and had the lovely Susie from Bonnie Pictures come to take photos. Check her out here: https://www.bonniepictures.com/
