Join our welcoming pregnancy yoga classes in Corstorphine and Davidson's Mains, designed to help you ease pregnancy aches and pains, build confidence for labour and birth, and connect with other local mums-to-be.

Whether you're feeling anxious about birth, struggling with discomfort during pregnancy or simply looking for time to slow down and connect with your baby, these classes offer practical tools, support and community every week.

Classes are booked in 8-week blocks for £98. Blocks are rolling so you can start any week and skip your holidays. If you are due sooner than 8 weeks, I can do a shorter block for you.  Get in touch if you have any questions or check out our FAQ's.
