"Thank you SO much for all your guidance and teaching the last few months. Your breathing, positions and mantras were incredibly powerful for me during my 16 hour labour! I honestly believe every pregnant woman should do yoga ahead of birth, it’s just so valuable in so many ways. I could actually hear you saying ‘breathe baby down’ as I delivered, and the mantra ‘breathe in strength, breathe out tension’ was my go to one for all surges!"

"I have been doing the mum and baby yoga classes with Louisa now and I cannot fault them in any way. We have done the classes both online and in person and the way Louisa has managed to adapt to the changing restrictions has been amazing. It’s a class not only for baby but also for mum as well. It is always the highlight of our week and my daughter absolutely loves them, oh and Louisa my daughters face lights up when she hears her voice. Definitely one of the best mum and baby classes out there and cannot recommend them enough!!"

"I've been going to Louisa's mum and baby yoga class for a couple of months now and it's been the highlight of my maternity leave. She is so thoughtful, caring and accommodating of new mums and our little babies and both me and my daughter have so much fun moving and exploring our bodies together each week! Louisa's also been brilliant at facilitating connection amongst the mums in the group through a group chat and by opening her class with a bit of sharing in our experience as mums. "Louisa is a wonderful yoga teacher whose classes are friendly and relaxing. Her pregnancy classes were excellent for preparing for birth and I always appreciated all the adaptations that were offered for different postures. It was so nice to be there in person and the way you set up the hall made it feel like a lovely little yoga retreat - an oasis of calm for an hour!"

"I love Louisa’s class. It is just what is needed to slow down and relax. The postures all have variations which is perfect if there’s something that doesn’t suit your body. I always sleep so well after the class too which is a bonus"

"I did pregnancy yoga with Louisa and the classes were fantastic.
Louisa is so friendly and creates a relaxed and calm atmosphere to teach in. She is really good at explaining all the yoga positions or modified versions of them depending on how you are feeling. I always felt so relaxed after each class and it was nice to be doing something for me as well as bump.
The classes also cover a different topic each week which really helped me prepare for giving birth - the breathing techniques really came in handy 😊
It was also lovely to meet other ladies at similar stages of pregnancy, the classes had a nice community feel to them. Would definitely recommend!"

"I can't thank Louisa enough for the experience she gave me throughout my pregnancy. The pregnancy yoga classes were brilliant and guidence within the classes prepared me so much for the birth of my daughter- from being mentally and physically afraid to feeling strong and ready which led me to have a very positive birth experience.
I booked her yoga retreat at Edinburgh zoo last weekend and I was worried about my physical ability since having my daughter, but she helped me pick up from were I left off and gave me the confidence to get back into yoga again. The retreat as a whole was brilliant and exceeded expectations. The mansion was beautiful and we had lots of refreshments throughout the day. The lunch provided was beautiful. We was able to walk around the zoo on breaks which was all included in the price. I came out of the retreat feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated.

"I did pregnancy yoga and baby yoga with Louisa and I absolutely loved it. It gave me not only a reason to stretch and move safely while I grew my little boy, but we were taught so many things leading up to the births. The breathing techniques were incredible and I attribute birthing my son with no pain relief to this. (Absolutely nothing wrong with pain relief at all I was ready to accept it all!) I made a lovely group of friends during my time and we all continued to baby yoga too. My son loved the songs and stretches, we still practice them to this day. Also, Louisa has the most magical way with babies. I'm pretty sure he recognised her voice from in my tummy! Thank you so much again Louisa, I loved every minute."
