Benefits of Yoga for Pregnancy:

  • Learn breathing techniques to help you relax and prepare for labour and birth, release tension and reduce any anxiety you may be feeling.

  • Build strength and stamina that you'll need for birth and postnatally with carrying baby, car seats and buggys.

  • Relax tense muscles in the body, relieving pregnancy aches and pains as well as releasing into the pelvis to help baby find a good position

  • Learn yoga postures safe for pregnancy and understand modifications so you can adjust your practice to how you feel that week

  • Bond with baby during pregnancy by using visualisations and becoming more in tune with your body and your baby.

  • Find deeper relaxation with guided pregnancy meditations at the end of each class to aid sleep and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

  • Find your tribe - The postnatal phase can be a lonely time so having that support network of local mums prenatally can be crucial in combating the challenges of the early days and weeks.

  • Become empowered about your pregnancy, birth and beyond. We have discussions on pregnancy aliments, birth preparation, birth partners, preparation for baby's arrival and how to take care of yourself in the postnatal stage amongst many others!

Classes are suitable from 12 weeks to birth, even if you’ve never tried yoga before!

Classes are booked in 8-week blocks for £98. Blocks are rolling so you can start any week and you can skip your holidays. If you're due sooner message me about a shorter block.
