Meeting you where you are in your yoga journey through key life stages, from prenatal yoga to postnatal yoga, women's yoga to yoga retreats, or on-demand yoga for easy access.

My classes aim to provide a nurturing sanctuary, filled with fairy lights and aromatherapy, and a wonderful, inclusive community feel – its yoga meets spa! My yoga sessions aim to reconnect your body and mind, in an environment that’s welcoming and enjoyable, aiming to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Learn relaxation techniques to help you cope with life's stressors and indulge in a guided relaxation for total refreshment. Suitable for beginners, with more advanced options available, so you can adapt your practise.

Join our Edinburgh Pregnancy Yoga and Birth preparation classes. Our nurturing classes embrace the beauty of pregnancy, helping you build strength, bond with your unborn baby and prepare for childbirth. With gentle flows and specialised breathing techniques, our sessions alleviate anxiety and tension, promoting a sense of calm and well-being.

Connect with other mums-to-be, creating a supportive network on your pregnancy journey and beyond. Suitable for all levels, our Pregnancy Yoga classes prioritise your physical and emotional health from 12 weeks until birth. Join us to feel more educated and empowered about your birth with strength and confidence.

Parent and Baby Yoga classes in Corstorphine, where you can enjoy a perfect blend of yoga for you and baby yoga with rhymes and songs. Rebuild strength safely with post-natal yoga and discover how to adapt your practice whilst bonding with your baby. We'll navigate the exhaustion of the early days with breathing techniques and relaxation exercises to replenish your energy levels.

Suitable for all levels, even if you're new to yoga, from 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 8-10 weeks post-c-section until your baby is on the move. These classes are welcoming and nurturing, helping you build your support network of new friends. Designed with postnatal mum and baby in mind, but welcoming to any parents/carers.
